The Pineapple Thief is a British progressive rock band, started by Bruce Soord in 1999 in Somerset, England.
The new latest live album is the physical document of the extraordinary live on demand event of the same name directed by band videographer George Laycock (Blacktide Phonic / Visual), made for their fans around the world in April 2021, with the aim of replacing in somehow the upcoming tour canceled due to the global pandemic.
In this live some songs from the latest studio LP Versions of the Truth are offered plus some famous songs from their repertoire such as Warm Seas (the original version with former drummer Keith Harrison is preferred), Someone Pull Me Out of Here and Wretched Soul.

After attending one of their live shows, I can say that the proposed musical experience is successful, where the interpretation of the singer Bruce Soord, the instrumental skill of all the members of the band and above all, the performance over the top by drummer Gavin Harrison,
more and more comfortable with his mates, are really amazing.
A live to watch and listen to, to get to know this band very often unfairly underrated.
Or to have a live amazing experience for fans who have not had the opportunity to see them and listen to them at live show.
