The idea came after listening to Roger Waters‘ cover of “Comfortably Numb” (2022). If at first listening, it was not a work worthy of note, after subsequent listening the search for sounds and moods that reflected the discomfort and absurdity of our times emerged.
The aid of AI, for the generation of the images, which will make many turn up their noses, has also produced a series of graphic representations of the idea: a world with black clouds on the horizon, with thunder, lightning and drums of war. But still inundated with the timeless wonderful music of this legendary band.
The artists chosen are varied and disparate, in a series of covers of various and eclectic interpretations.
Thus coming from different temporal decades, which seem like centuries, but seem to repeat themselves always and in any case.
As if it were a time loop from which humanity cannot escape in any way.
But it can endure and improve, seeking grace in these unforgotten and unforgettable musical notes, melodies and lyrics.
Here is an opportunity for you to listen to songs that have now become part of the legend of rock music and beyond. New interpretations that will make you rejoice, tremble, scream, curse your ears, stomach and soul!
