Music Suggestion

Limp Bizkit – Still Sucks is the return of the fathers of nu metal.
After over 10 years an only virtual LP, that is only listenable on digital platforms.
A glorious, comic, satirical return, in full Limp Bizkit style, as they still suck more than ever!

The album was released on October 31, 2021 as a light-hearted Halloween joke, lasting only about 32 minutes.

We go from nu metal, to crossover, from rap to a Sugar Ray style pop rock guitar, up to a remnant of a false interview with the immense guitarist Wes Borland.

It opens up with the first song Out Of Style that recalls the great glories of the past of the band with lots of good intentions:

We cannot change the past
But we can start today to make a better tomorrow

Out Of Style

It’s time to rock this motherfucker ’cause I’m always out of style (style)
Never change my style ’cause my style is kinda fresh
You bitches askin’ for a sound check, check, one, two, bitch
You barely touch the ground, yeah (woo)
Choked up on your bounce game, comin’ down the mountain
Copycats, you lucky that I let you hang around me
Check, three, four, Bizkit out there on the bounty
In the warzone, got these campers all around me

Out Of Style

The single released is Dad Vibes. “The level of ironic humor and industry trolling is genius”.

Check out your dad with the swag on the floor
Momma gon’ brag when I walk in the door
Y’all ain’t never seen a guerrilla in the mist
Walk the line so fine with a blindfold (uh)

Up to the most incisive songs such as Don’t Change, a melancholic stadium ballad, You Bring The Worst In Me, the most articulated and beautiful song of the entire album and the last song Goodbye, pop with acoustic guitar for a heartfelt goodbye.

Sometimes it’s hard to sleep
When you’re lying next to me
All the secrets that you keep
Always come out when you dream

Goodbye

An ironic, playful and crazy return of the kings of nu metal, where Borland‘s guitars are always phenomenal, as is the interpretation of Fred Durst and the presence and sampling of DJ Lethal, to confirm that Limp Bizkit are back and they suck more and more!
